Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMireya is literally one of THE BEST stylists I’ve come across. She’s not the type to just let you do whatever. She gives her opinion but won’t convince you to not do what you want. She’s done extensions on me and hair coloring. She’s always paying attention and if something seems like it’s bothering you, she will make it right. Even after 9 weeks of having them in, they still were great. Mireya is literally one of THE BEST stylists I’ve come across. She’s not the type to just let you do whatever. She gives her opinion but won’t convince you to not do what you want. She’s done extensions on me and hair coloring. She’s always paying attention and if something seems like it’s bothering you, she will make it right. Even after 9 weeks of having them in, they still were great. They’re also more affordable than other places.

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appt to have ‘natural looking’ highlights put into my dyed plain brown hair. They considered this ‘corrective color’ at $150/hr. They left the color on my hair for far too long (which I guess makes sense for them since they charge hourly for this) which resulted in a platinum blonde color that needed to be corrected. The 5 minute hair trim was $80 which is definitely on the high end for the Denver area. After checking out I realized that they overcharged me by an entire hour and I had to ask for a refund, which they did, but no apologies or anything. I made an appt to have ‘natural looking’ highlights put into my dyed plain brown hair. They considered this ‘corrective color’ at $150/hr. They left the color on my hair for far too long (which I guess makes sense for them since they charge hourly for this) which resulted in a platinum blonde color that needed to be corrected. My wife made an appointment to have her hair cut and a toner done. Was told she had a 1 1/2 hour appt. upon arrival she was told she only had appointment for a toner. After speaking to the stylist the stylist disappeared to the back room for over 20 minutes without explanation. My wife finally became frustrated and left.

Critical: ProfessionalismMissed one appointment with Amy (I was called into work) gave 4hr cancellation notice, these things happen. I am (was) a new client. Never able to get another appointment and then eventually no answer. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Even tried getting in with other stylists. Nothing.
