This was a whole body experience that I’ve decided to do weekly! It’s incredibly relaxing. My joints, muscles, and mentality are still feeling the improvements days after the session. I can’t wait to see its effects over time, so I bought a membership. The entire place is clean and beautifully designed by the owner (Ann) who is very sweet and accommodating. 10/10 love!!

Peace, Love and Sweat is AMAZING! If you haven’t been yet, you should! The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and beautiful to boot. The owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable. The saunas work fabulously, leaving you feel refreshed and detoxified. I will be visiting this place regularly. 🙂

First time at Peace, Love, & Sweat and it was extremely relaxing. The experience is not only relaxing, but the environment is beautiful and so chic. The owner was so kind and knowledgeable, and she was able to hold great conversation. We often don’t take time to care for ourselves, but this is an effortless way to do some self-care! This kind of sauna does not make the air feel thick and it is not difficult to breathe at all. I cannot sit in a normal sauna for more than 10 minutes, but I could easily do the entire session at Peace, Love & Sweat. I can’t wait to return and bring a friend or two!

Ann, the owner, is very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. So many great health benefits to infrared saunas. Run, don’t walk to PLS!

PLS Studio is beautiful! When you first walk in you’re instantly relaxed by all of the beautiful decor and setting. I had the pleasure of using the sauna for 40minutes and it was quite literally everything I needed to clear my mind. Not only did it help with my mental clarity, but also physically it helped get rid of toxins. I highly suggest PLS studio! Ann has brought a wonderful concept to our area and I am so grateful! I will be back!
