Critical: ProfessionalismWhere do I begin. First, I had a hard time getting an appointment. Tried to call the business a few times through out the week and nobody answered the phone. I left a message regarding wanting to make an appointment and didn’t get a call back. After a while I scheduled myself on the square app. By this time they only had a few appointments available. After making the appointment someone called me 3 days after making the appointment. I canceled my appointment through the square app. And was surprised to see that my debit card got charged for $80 for the cancellation fee. I had to give them my credit card info to be able to make the appointment. I tried to let the owner know that I wanted to reschedule but she didn’t want to wave the fee.Where do I begin.
