So when you walk in it’s really nice, my nail tech didn’t provide the best experience though. I picked my two colors (a dark green and a lighter green) and he started on my nails, i tried to make conversation and he didn’t really seem like he had an interest. He was rough and wouldn’t let the nails dry thoroughly (the uv light was still on when he took it away and even when it did turn off the nails still weren’t all the way dry). Now the colors i mentioned, i said dark green and light green, he put dark green and gray on my nails i didn’t notice this until he had started painting. After the session the nails looked good regardless of the color mistake however over the last week and a half i’ve noticed the nails chipping and i’ve had two nails fall off and others are lifting

This was hands down one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. Not only do my cuticles look worse than they did when I came in but I told the man who was working on my nails to “please make them shorter” a total of 6 times and I still left with them longer than I wanted them. On top of that every single nail is a difference length. After telling him they were also CROOKED he told me that my fingers were just crooked and that was the problem?? I’ve never had that problem in my life so very odd it came out of nowhere.

Everyone at this nail salon does a great job! you guys are a hidden gem. Nails are shaped to perfection. Great service. Theresa at the front is perfect for helping you decide on a color and design. Krystal is my go to but if she were away I would trust any other of their nail techs. ALSO Krystal is a secret brow master. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it feels like family when I’m there.

I got my nails done for the first time at this nail salon on my birthday because of such great reviews. I’m so glad I found this great salon! The results exceeded my expectations, Maria and Dorothy are so friendly and amazing nail techs. I went for a second round after two weeks with a fill and NYE design. I left more than satisfied with my NYE nail design. Thank you for providing such great/calm atmosphere especially with everything going on.
