There just isn’t a better place to go. They have so many colors to choose from as well as gel nail polish if you’d like. I never have problems with it lasting at least 4 weeks. I always get gel polish and I don’t have chipping at all. They are very clean and use great hygiene with finger nails and toe nails. They offer different pricing with pedicures. Their prices are amazing. If you get the works on a pedicure, including a massage and heated rocks it is only 30.00. They will often give you a discount. I brought the entire family in because we had some birthdays and they gave me a nice discount. I only use Payless Nail and Spa!

Went there with my sister about a year ago. The guy was so distracted watching the Viet Nam news channel he took forever to even get started. I thought he was rude and slow so I only tipped him $5 which I guess mad him mad. The gal took my sisters payment so she added a $10 tip for herself before my sister could put a tip on there. I have never gone back.

I went to get my nails soaked off and the man charged me $15 when their sign says $5-10. Nothing about anything extra. I will NEVER go back. They work extremely slow and the work they do is VERY mediocre.
