I have visited couple of times previously for eyebrows threading but today when I went to get my eyebrows done it was the worst experience I have ever had. I clearly requested the lady to just remove the extras but she has messed up really bad and my left eyebrow ended up being really thin at the center. Never going to come back to this place.

The male hair dresser is super rude, I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Very disrespectful people especially the male hair dresser. Beware, he will cut your hair and pose a hundred times to talk to his female employees in the middle. They also backbite in their native Indian language about customers who don’t speak nor understand the Indian language. The SALON NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady was courteous initially and started threading my eyebrows and in a couple of minutes there was another customer who showed up(might be her regular). On seeing this new customer, the lady who was threading my eyebrows rushed up my work so badly that she has left a scar on my nose. If you wanted to take up the work for your regular customers then y take in new ones at all? And y botch up the service? Absolutely horrible!!! DON’T GO HERE! Took my mom here today for her 5pm appointment. They sat her down, prepped everything and then told her they can’t do it because they have to attend to another customer (most likely a personal friend or family member), even though she had an appointment. They made her leave and were extremely unprofessional and rude. DON’T GO HERE!

Horrible place to get eyebrows or hair done. No professionals there. They learn on the spot and try their skills on you. I had my eyebrows few minutes ago first thing in the morning Young girl there did a horrible job and cut/ took off the hair in the middle of the eyebrows. Looks like an empty spot. She says that I had it already and argued that she did not do anything. I proved her wrong and have to make her apologize. Nasty attitude! Spoke to the owner. He was at least mature enough to apologize. Never going back here.

So we got one for 6pm and came today only to find out that no one was inside. Not only did the rude man gave us the appointment and not be here, the closing time is 7pm so all the employees left. Unbelievable.

Only one man is available for men’s haircut. Takes so long for one haircut, long wait time. Additionally, he does all transactions amidst his ongoing haircut. He will stop your haircut as many times he has to make the transactions for the beauty salon customers( includes all girls and ladies), so imagine how many times he stops your haircut. 3 star for the work satisfaction. Need to improve on customer service.
