SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. i paid $142 for an acrylic mani + gel pedicure and NEVER have i paid for a set so expensive for it to have the terrible quality it did. some of my finger nails are literally bleeding and i even have nail polish left on my skin. i’ve gone to the pavilion nail lounge in woodstock numerous times and have never been close to paying the amount i did today. FOR MUCH BETTER WORK!!! i wanted to go somewhere closer to my area for the convenience but i will most definitely not be returning. when i asked the reason for it being so expensive i was told due to the area and they were actually one of the cheaper salons, i absolutely do not believe that. i got no design, i even asked for medium length (these are very clearly long) and for the quality it just makes no sense. this place will most definitely rip you off! beware.

Lily does my SNS dip (seen in picture) and does a beautiful job every time, on top of that she is a joy to talk to. Lily has become an amazing friend to me. Mi does my mothers SNS dip/pedicures and my mom always says “this is the best quality job I have had”. Sammy/Mia does my signature pedicures and their massages are so amazing they put me to sleep. I really enjoyed my experience here. We made reservations over the phone and when we walked in they greeted us and had us sign a covid release form which is rare these days. Everything was very clean and there was even a lady on sight cleaning every station after each person left. Sammy did my nails and she was amazing. I got a full set of dip and she worked with me at every step to make sure I was happy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she let me know they didn’t have the stickers I would need, but she helped me figure out alternatives. She took time and effort with my nails and I totally love them. I really liked this place and will definitely be back. The only thing I don’t like is that they’re too far away from me to go often! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a pretty big nail salon. Probably one of the biggest nail salon near me. They also have a VIP area for booking parties. I took my 7 year old daughter here and she loved the kid’s pedicure chair. The salon has 4 kids chairs and can accommodate a bigger family. I loved that I was able to sit next to my daughter. I want to say that I had one of the best gel manicure and pedicure here. The nail technicians who worked on us were very polite and professional. They took their time and was not rushing through the service. The lady at the counter, I believe her name is Betty, was so friendly and helpful answering my questions and helping us choose our colors. Prices were reasonable and much in line with other surrounding salons.

The manager, Betty, is super friendly and awesome!!! Decided to give them a try after reading their reviews and glad I did. They recently had a change in management in July 2022. I had an sns with Kevin and he was very polite and professional. You couldn’t ask for a more welcoming atmosphere. Hands down the best service I have ever received at a nail salon. I recommend them and will definitely be back again.
