Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI just went there yesterday and had my nails filled in. The older man not sure of his name but I do believe he has glasses well he did my nails and I had been going somewhere else to get my nails done but I wasn’t happy with how they looked from the other place he fixed my nails and even built my nail up cuz it has fallen off. I’m very pleased with my nails I wish I knew his name cuz he is who I’m coming to. Thanks for fixing my mess of nails and doing the best you could with what I had to work with! Your great! The service here was great and a nail tech named Lou did a good job. The place was very clean and the workers were very nice and polite. My only con is I didn’t like how thick the nail polish came out and when I looked closer, my nail polish was very bumpy and had some hair. Beside that I give this place a B-

I feel like this place is hit or miss. You have to be close with a tech to get a good service done. Or be a regular in there every week. Unless you get an appointment with Eric or Gigi don’t expect a quality job done. At least in my experience lol. When I got a pedicure there, I wasn’t offered anything, and seen others getting services I wasn’t offered. I recently walked in for a fill, and my nails are lopsided and uneven. at this point I’m over it and not exactly interested in going back. My nails shouldn’t hurt after a fill.

I was a walk in and was immediately helped with a pedicure. The employees were all very friendly and performed an excellent job with all of the services. Worst french nail job I’ve ever gotten. The old polish wasn’t even taken totally off before she applied the new polish as you can see in the picture. Did she think I wouldn’t see it? The place was empty but it felt like they rushed through the pedicure so they could get back to sitting with their phones. Very disappointed.

I am never disappointed with my nails when I get them done at Pause Nail & Day Spa. Anna is especially great. I am always amazed at how quickly she works with excellent attention to detail. She suggested a matte finish which I loved. My nails seem to last longer when I have them done here. They pay great attention and know how I like my nails shaped. I always leave this salon with my nails feeling clean, natural, and beautiful.
