Took a friend here with a “hair emergency” to find they were closed. She called the number and even though Pauline was closed and going to church for Easter she still took the time to talk my friend through her issue and explained exactly what to do. My friend is not from around here and was blown away by the help she received and the friendliness from Pauline. Not only did she help my friend with her hair, but she showed a level of selfless kindness that my friend had never seen in a stranger that was looking for nothing in return.
