I really love this place. It is easy to make an appointment and everyone who does my nails always takes great care in doing them and they always come out looking great. This place has a large service menu and you can even get a glass of wine while getting your nails done. The first time I came in it seemed like everyone who walked through the door was known on a first name basis, and that everyone was a repeat customer. When I broke a couple of my nails and went back in to pay for them to be fixed, they did it for free. This place is awesome, and I’m really glad that I found it.

Absolute fantastic job! The lighting was so much better than most nail places, they were able to take us in immediately, and they did an amazing job. Even gave us wine while we had our nails done! Great place!

We came to Pauline’s for a pre-wedding girls spa day. Everyone was so lovely! They accomodated our large party flawlessly, and treated us like VIPs. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely come to Pauline’s and highly recommend Pauline’s!

I 100% have a new nail salon! I went in last night slightly panicked because I’m leaving for a trip today and I needed a full set. I didn’t have an appointment, but I saw online that they did silk nails and so I thought I would give them a shot. Everyone was super welcoming and the place was beautiful. I showed the girls a Pinterest pic of what I was looking for and they went to work! I was given a glass of wine and some of the most delicious homemade egg rolls while they worked. My nails turned out gorgeous, I had a lovely time, and will definitely be going back!

I love coming here because it’s so relaxing. The atmosphere, the music, even the waiting area makes the experience relieving and tranquil. They even offer a glass of wine, mimosa, and/or other beverages whether you’re waiting or getting your nails done. No other Nail Spa I’ve gone to has had their level of service. It’s definitely not a place you go to if you’re in a rush though, and the price is normal-high depending on what service you get. Over all, I think it’s an experience every person should have at least once…but will get addicted!

I used to be a regular at Pauline’s a couple of years ago. I moved out of the neighborhood but always missed the great atmosphere and good work Pauline did. Well, I guess this place has changed a lot in a couple of years. I went for a waxing appointment last week only to find patches of hair that were missed on my legs the next day. Why couldn’t I see it when I was there? Because the room is so poorly lit. I thought alright, one bad experience, it happens. I booked my mani-pedi for today.

PLEASE!!!! DON’T COME HERE IF IT’S LASHES RELATED!!! They were very kind to take me on a last minute appointment but the result was TERRIFIC! I went for a lift & Tint that lasted very long and at the end of the day only left me with dark and painful eyes cuz my lashes look EXACTLY THE SAME!!! I did lift & tint before twice, and my lashes used to look incredible after the treatment (so I know it works on me). This time I decided to give this place a try and I regret it so much! I hope nothing bad happens to my eyes or eyelashes. Please, make yourself a favor and don’t come here if it’s related to a lashes procedure. I just feel like crying…
