I’ve been going to Pauline’s for years. I have very coarse hair and the hair stylist are able to blow dry and straighten my hair to perfection. Not to mention the service is always excellent. Pauline and her staff are very welcoming and caring. Hairstyling, Balayage

Love doing my hair there. Owner is very nice and great at what she does however, communication is difficult because there’s a language barrier. The biggest con for me is that prices are never consistent. I’d suggest to ask for the price of the service before you start doing your hair instead of towards the end because it is awkward when a customer is standing very upset and wondering why the price of their service increased when they’ve always paid a specific price for the same service a couple of months ago.

Will never go there again. I had my hair done in February and was charged $65 to have a relaxer done. I went again 2 days ago for the exact same thing and while Paulina was doing my hair she was like “u need a hair cut” I said “no thank u”, she insisted. I asked “how much more is it to cut my hair?” She said “dont worry its included. When she was done and I went to pay she said $100!! I said $100, she said yes that’s what u paid last time. I said I paid for me and my daughter to get OUR hair done. It was $65 for me and $25 for her. She said “oh your hair is longer now, I’ll just charge $90″…longer?? No, you’re charging me for the hair cut that was supposed to be included, that I really didn’t even want!! I paid and left. They won’t be getting any more of my money.

I went here for the first time on Christmas Eve and what an amazing experience!! Everyone had big smiles, very friendly, offered coffee and finger foods. Paulina did my hair and I think it is the BEST cut, color and blowdry I have had in a long time! I will definitely be returning!!

The staff is nice! Price are good! And they take care off your hair, they take my extensions out and from dark I wend to blond, no brake, I have a damage hair.I can’t be more happy! Now I will be a loyal costumer for sure!
