My service included the pedicure and new set. Francis did an amazing job with my nails. Atmosphere was super lay back and everyone was friendly. Cost of the visit was reasonable; this spot is my new go to nail shop.

This salon is an hour from my house but I will come back every time! My pedicure was the basic choice but was better than any I’ve ever had. The technician took her time and was very thorough. My nails look better than ever! I had Tom and I would recommend going to him every time! He took his time and made them so beautiful! Everyone was very friendly!

My daughter and I went for pedicures. My daughter was finished a good 20 mins before me, she sat next to me the whole time so therefore there should be no reason as to why her polish didn’t even last 5 mins. SLOPPY! SHES SO SAD & DISAPPOINTED.

Rude and unprofessional. Four days later and the gel nails already chipped. They don’t want to fix what you don’t like and are already expensive to begin with. I have never had gel nails come off so fast. Will not be going back.

The people here are so very sweet & always have a smile on their face , they work fast , and they are amazing at what they do . My go to nail tech is Tracy, she does an amazing job , does perfect shapes , and she does amazing designs . I most definitely recommend this place to everyone !

Tried….Horrible customer service. Walked in waited 7 minutes, browsed the polish colors in the entrance area … not ONE person asked if they could help me … the guy up front at the counter, in an obvious personal phone call, didn’t even look at me or get off the phone to ask me how I can be helped. First impressions “Paulenes”, are very important if you want a good running business!!!

My nails look the worse. I asked for short natural and thin. You can see my real nails on the side. I received 3 cuts I work in surgery so I have to value my hands I thought the Paulene would but they most definitely didn’t. I recently just moved to Arizona and I have been going here and they have been doing great. That’s why I decided to stop by after the lock down. The manager talked to me so bad telling me I’m not sure why you don’t like it. It’s nice and what you asked for. Most definitely not. I will never return back here…!!!! I was most definitely pre judged when asked how long I want my nails as well. I’m a professional worker I don’t like long nails….unacceptable…!!!!

Two stars only because I can’t complain about the way my nails turned out. The lady did a great job. However- the atmosphere & professionalism was largely lacking. The table where I sat was very dirty. The lady doing my nails & another worker were obviously talking about a customer who had just left & complaining about her while I awkwardly held my hands on the table for a good 5 minutes and the lady didn’t do a single thing on my nails because she was too busy gossiping.. really a turn off to ever come back here.
