The worst service I have ever received by far. Paula the owner does not care about the safety of her customers over money. I have got covid and to make sure that no one else would get sick I did not make the appointment. I was still charged a “cancellation” fee of $35 for not coming in. This is absolutely unreasonable considering how many people are getting sick. People in my family have died from covid so i take this seriously. When I called asking paula says it’s “policy” this is absolutely ridiculous.
