Critical: QualityI WENT IN FOR A SIMPLE CUT AND SHE DID A DRY CUT AND SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .It came out l horrible I will never go back. I think that she should be out of business. My husband went there for a simple man’s cut and it took 3 weeks to get it fixed. If you want a good hair cut go somewhere else please.Service: Hairstyling

Zero stars. Had several bad experiences here. I got a good haircut from Allison. Paula, however, charges by how long it takes her to cut your hair. Gave my mom a very poor haircut (was more focus on selling product to her) at a staggering price and with little to no technique. Later we scheduled an appointment for my brother, upon arrival we were told that we didn’t have an appointment in their system. They had scheduled three people for the same time yet blamed the customers for the error. No apologies, no customer service, no attempt to rectify the situation.

My wife went and got her hair done which was a huge mistake. Cost over $250 and was not done right. She went back in to get it fixed and the colors didn’t take. Went back told her she had to give them more money. Highly recommend going to Hair Essentials. Huge fail going to paulas. If i would of went with my wife they would not of been paid for this horrible job!

Since I cant reply to Paula’s comment.. I did quit Paula’s, I do admit that but it’s because the owner said a transphobic comment to me which is uncalled for. Simple as that. Even little kids know, if you have nothing nice to say, simply don’t say it.
