Positive: Professionalism, QualityI always have the best service from Nancy White. She is a fantastic colorist and stylist.However, I was recently there and they have instituted a 3.99% credit card fee. I find this reprehensible. I’ve now been charged $10 to use a credit card. I realize credit card fees are high but I don’t think they’re that high. That’s also the cost of doing business. Raise your prices but please do not nickel and dime me. I will now go out of my way to bring cash because that is insanity to charge that kind of fee to use a credit card.I always have the best service from Nancy White. She really knows how to work well with my hair’s texture (wavy in the back, straight in front.) Usually, with other hairstylists, when I get home I realize that the beauty of their haircut is all smoke and mirrors and based on the blowout looking good. When I washed my hair this time, it dried looking just as good as in the salon! Rita was the only hairstylist that ever did that! I will definitely be going back! I had my first haircut with Rita recently. It turned out amazing!! She really knows how to work well with my hair’s texture (wavy in the back, straight in front.) Usually, with other hairstylists, when I get home I realize that the beauty of their haircut is all smoke and mirrors and based on the blowout looking good. I tried Paul Rehder Salon for the first time yesterday and unfortunately it was not a great experience on many fronts: unfriendly people, poor highlight result, uninspiring decor (the upstairs where color happens is very different than the beautiful first floor), and it didn’t feel COVID safe since people were jammed into a small space upstairs and not 6 feet apart.
