My go-to online shop for skincare! Although I live on the West Coast, I continue to buy all my skincare products from this NY Salon. The shipping is always quick and they include lots of samples with every order. Recently I purchased a gift set that ended up being sold out. Paul G. was on it! He called to update about it being out of stock. Instead of cancelling my order he said they’d honor my purchase and put together the set for me. They didn’t have the bag it came with, and offered to switch it out for another one they had in stock. Such fantastic customer service! Most places would have just canceled the order. This experience reminds me why I keep coming back, even though I’m on the other side of the country. Thank you and 5 stars to Paul G!
