The worst hair experience ever. Stylist name is Kat and she absolutely destroyed my hair. Showed her a picture of what I wanted not once but 3 times and she assured me she could accomplish the look from the picture. After 4 long hours in a chair, I finally got to see the end result and I was mortified. My blond hair was now dark brown with painted blondish orange streaks. I was DISTRAUGHT, DISGUSTED and quite ANGRY at what she did. Looked nothing like the photo I showed her. NOTHING. I voiced my dislike and not once did she own up to making a huge mistake. She said she could “fix it” if I came in the next day. Well upon leaving, she had the audacity to still charge me $298 dollars. So in hopes she could correct her mistake, I came in the next day, she threw some blond highlights in and after 2 hours, my hair was RUINED. She had now over processed my hair. Hair was so brittle, felt like straw and began to break off. I left that salon in great disgust. I have NEVER had such a horrific hair experience. Not once did the owner come to talk to me, never offered me a refund. My hair is in such bad shape that it looks like I have a mullet from the 80’s. DO NOT go to this salon for any type of color. I guess there is a reason why they do not have mirrors in their “Coloring” room. They deserve no stars whatsoever. Not a professional salon at all. The first photo is the picture I showed to Kat and the other 2 are the end result of the 4 hour coloring nightmare process.

Safety measures in place, clear information of what I was expected to do (wear a mask!) and what procedures were set up at the salon. No crowding in -two customers and two stylists plus an assistant. I started out using Master stylists, but soon learned the the junior stylists were also very talented and saved me a lot of money.This PK salon has ongoing trainings with their staff so they are up to date with the latest techniques and styles. They use Matrix color products and the results are amazing! They are definitely color artists! They also have an annual modeling photo and video shoot and they provide the make up and hair cuts, color and styles for the models.The staff are all very friendly and provide excellent customer service. If you commit to an appointment every 5 weeks they give you a $10 discount which is nice.I have used many of their stylists over the years and they all of been exceptional! this salon is great! the salon is clean and sleek-looking and everyone is very friendly. Biana is an amazing stylist and I LOVED the cut & color she gave me. they are very thorough and tell you what they’re doing and what products they’re using throughout the whole process. the mini massage during the shampoo is a nice touch, too. definitely going back!

I’ve been going to PK Salon for over 6 years maybe 7. The staff is always professional and extremely friendly. Kat is my stylist. She is truly an artist. She takes the time to learn about your hair so that she can style it the best way possible. My hair is curly and frizzy- so not the easiest. Kat knows about to cut it to deal with the frizzy and help shape the curly. I always ask Kat for suggestions on what to do with my hair when I need a change. She knows the latest trends and knows what looks good on me. My color is always perfect. I leave the salon feeling like a different person! Refreshed and happy!

I have been going to this salon for years. I have never had a bad haircut, color or experience. The minute you walk through the door you are greeted by name by everyone working there from Heather at the front desk, to every stylist you walk by. I have had my hair done by the brand new stylists as well as Paul himself! Their color suggestions for highlights or low lights are always spot on. I couldn’t be happier with the convenience of a high end salon so nice and local.

I really can’t even put into words how amazing all of the hair stylists are and the entire Paul Kenneth Salon team! They went above and beyond for me and my girls on my wedding day! They all did such a beautiful job on our hair (4 bridesmaids, my mother, flower girl, and myself) and got us all done on time. My girls were so nervous about having their hair done so early in the morning and when I tell you all of my girls were SO happy with how their hair turned out, omg they were just beaming! We all were so excited! Our hair lasted the entire night, and held up through tons of dancing! All the hair-do’s we picked were different and looked super complicated and these stylists totally nailed it! I was the typical stress ball of a bride and this salon went above and beyond addressing all my concerns and needs throughout the wedding planning process up even until wedding day, and extremely responsive through email. Everyone is SO nice, easy to talk to, and have such fun personable personalities. They even took tons of pictures while we were having our hair done and I absolutely love pictures and am wicked sentimental about capturing moments and memories. I absolutely LOVE this salon! These stylists are put through so much training and schooling, they really know their stuff! And what’s awesome is you can truly see that each of them totally LOVE what they do. Super happy people, awesome atmosphere to start your wedding day off in as soon as you walk in and greated by a happy face. I can’t thank you all enough for the beautiful work you did on our hair! Thank you all for an awesome experience! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future cut and color needs now too 🙂 this is officially my salon!
