Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came here and was called to go sit in a chair to get my haircut. When I got to the chair the woman was telling me to have a seat, keep in mind there were chunks of hair from a previous client on the chair. I touched the chair and then she noticed the hair and said “would you like me to wipe it down” like um obviously I’m not sitting on that. That wasn’t even the worse part, when the hair was cleaned off she put the drape on me and it was covered in hair which after my visit was all over me and my clothes, a previous clients hair was on me because they do not clean nor disinfect after each visit absolutely not right. Then, the lady doing my hair kept spraying the water on my face when trying to get the side of my head and literally pulled my hair with a comb. Also, I went in just for a trim no more than an inch (A TRIM) and was charged $25 when typically it should be $10-15. Absolutely horrible experience here and the looks you get from the staff is so bad and they’re very judgmental with their facial expressions. Beautiful salon but horrible service and never will I recommend this place! I came here and was called to go sit in a chair to get my haircut. When I got to the chair the woman was telling me to have a seat, keep in mind there were chunks of hair from a previous client on the chair. Critical: PunctualityThe only thing I do not like about this place is that you never know if they are opened or closed. I’m outside right now at 2:12pm on Wednesday and there doors are locked. They have lights on that say open but noone is here.
