Karla is my hairstylist and she is amazing! Ever since Karla started doing my hair I get so many good compliments from people! I always look forward on coming in! The whole staff is so friendly and amazing I love the atmosphere in there . I’ve been going to this place for almost a year now and Always leave so happy with the results of my hair ! Best extensions service! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Very unprofessional. My mom had a contract and appointment with them for her wedding. They were two hours late had told us that we were supposed to go to the salon when we had paid them to come to us. This caused us to almost be late to the church. There was little time to take pictures like we had planned and had no time to have our fun in the limousine. For the amount we paid them I expected better. Do not come to them I heard this is not the first time they do this. We had even planned all this with the owner only for her to completely ditch us and go out of country for an event she had which she never discussed with us.

DO NOT spend your money and time with this business!!!! The owner and her daughters where very unprofessional in running a business. My mom had a contract and appointment with them for her wedding day. They were two hours late, had told us that we were supposed to go to the salon when we had paid them to come to us. This caused us to almost be late to the church. There was little time to take pictures like we had planned and had no time to have a moment to breathe in the limousine because everything was running 2hrs late. My mother almost had a breakdown for all the trouble and back up they caused. For the amount we paid them I expected better. We had even planned all this with the owner, only for her to completely ditch us and go out of country for an event she had which she never discussed with us or informed us of this!!!

For my quince and my moms wedding we had booked a 10 o’clock appointment only for them to show up until 12:30 PM because they had said we had to go to the salon when we had contracted and paid them extra to come to our house. They had only sent two hairstylists and one makeup artist for four people. We had discussed with the owner, Patty that we wanted Patty and her daughters to do our makeup. Patty nor the daughters showed up. The tardiness and the amount of time they took doing my hair and make up caused a lot of setbacks with my limousine and photographer which was a lot of money wasted. The makeup was so orange, my extensions kept falling out. For the amount we paid they did a horrible job. The entire service was bad which almost caused mine and my moms special day to be ruined. Do not waste your time and money here they only treat you well if you have some sort of influence to help their business.

So unprofessional! My aunt had contracted specifically Patty Ortega & her daughters for her wedding just so they can send some random workers of theirs. They arrived around 12:30pm, 2 hours late when my aunt and quinceañera had to be ready by 2pm. They said they were very fast and professional but honestly where was the professionalism! I am a makeup artist myself and the hair styles started to fall as soon as we got in the limo, the makeup wasn’t even worth it, cheapest eyelashes ever! Don’t even waste your time to contract them.

I took my niece this weekend, and awful work was done. Lady Faride was such in a hurry unlike the rest of the quinceñeras. Her eyebrows were literally red colored and she was pale. Her hair did not last from the 1 hr ride home, no product was used on her. Literally leaving that place she was crying all the way back home. $350 just for me to get home and fix it. Patty was throwing shade towards people who do their “own makeup at home”. Their business and artists are influencers on social media which with more reason they should really be respectful and kind. Their personalities is nothing like what we imagined that’s why we went to their service. But will never go back again. Hopes this helps to those seeking reviews. Do research before spending money on places like these. Thank you.

The absolute best in the industry. Every single one of the hairdressers at the beauty salon is trained, up to date and certified in the business. If you’re looking for the best in hair color, treatment and makeup or extensions THIS IS THE PLACE! Don’t let previous and old reviews be the deciding factor of your visit, remember that not everyone can afford the luxury of getting their hair done and some of these reviews are proof of “cheap” woman. TRY them and I promise you’ll fall in love with their staff-Karla is the absolute best hairdresser I’ve had, my hair owes her it’s life! Book your appointment and let them blow you away! PS-Don’t forget your mask!
