I came in for hairdo for my daughters wedding. Pat listened and did a great job! The weather that day was drizzling so I was worried my curls would fall, Pat made sure they didn’t! My girls had someone else do their hair at the house and paid twice as much—all of their hair was flat and stringy by the afternoon—but not mine it looked great all day!

Critical: QualityGot a hair cut and honestly it was cringe from the moment I sat down. My hair was already washed and wet, was asked if he could wash it again, any hair stylist knows you don’t wash your hair twice in one day. I advised him to just wet it down, then throughout the haircut he tangled my hair a few times giving it a good yank. The way he handled my hair I felt like it was being done by a 10 year old with minimal dexterity. The entire time I wanted to just say stop. He offered to blow dry, which I thought was fine. Didn’t know it would cost extra. He said it would help him make sure the cut was good. Was the worst blow dry experience and hair cut I’ve ever had. He held the dryer so close to my hair it was smoking. He also put something in my hair and when I asked him what it was he barely knew how to explain it when he put it in he aggressively scrunched it into my hair…… I cringed through it just waiting for it to be over…. I asked for minimal length cut off, just dead ends he did that sort of….. the hair cut is sub par, the experience was miserable but he was nice.
