I usually don’t leave reviews but since my mom had such a bad experience from this salon I feel compelled to. First let me say that if I could give this place no stars I would but it doesn’t let you. My mom went here to get her hair color and the burn her entire scalp. I go over to my moms one night and she tells me how she recently got her hair colored and that her scalp was hurting her and it felt dry, I went to look at her scalp and it was red and parts actually had scabbed. My poor mom, so right away I tell her they burn your scalp! She then tells me how she told the hairdresser that her scalp was burning and hurting and she kept telling her it was fine and left the product in for another 20 mins, to top it off she says she’s been here once before so that’s why she went back but the first time it was a student who practiced on her hair and he did an amazing job and the person who Ignored her and burn her scalp the second time she went back was the actual licensed hairdresser?!?!? She will never go back smh
