I visit Michigan 1-2x a year, and always go to Patrone’s for pedicure and cut/color.Elise (sp?) did a fabulous cut and color on me last month- I never look this good after getting same services in my own home town. Thank you Patrone’s, for your consistency!

I tried hard to like this place but my latest experience makes that difficult. Elise is great and very easy to talk to and seems knowledgeable. She did take multiple breaks from coloring my hair to help throughout the salon with a computer issue, to set up for her next client etc. which added to the time I was sitting in the chair, a total of almost 5 hours. Then the completion of my service is given to the young lady at the front desk. To mix up toner, apply it and wash it off. To my knowledge she has not had any training as a hair stylist and I’m curious if patrones compensates her for her added responsibilities. To wash the toner off, she gets a towel wet and pulls down my hair resulting in several spots of breakage next to my bangs and an incomplete removal of toner which then turns parts of my hair green. She then consults with another stylist (not the one that I booked my appointment with) on how to correct my hair. I also feel like the total for services is not openly talked about which left quite a surprise when I got up to the counter. Poor communication and overpriced services.

Over the past couple years I’ve been coming in and getting massages usually while I have been pregnant and you guys give excellent service, it’s very calling, and comfortable at your business and I’ve never had a single complaint towards this place. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to relax and kind of get a little bit of a stress relief here. I again will be making an appointment soon with them and being that I’m 14 weeks pregnant Its much needed. Can’t wait 🙂

On top of that, both of the ladies who performed my services were open and sharing about tips to avoid issues down the road. The staff and owner have fun personalities that are super easy to get along with, and the services I received (a facial and a hot stone massage) were both amazing. On top of that, both of the ladies who performed my services were open and sharing about tips to avoid issues down the road. My first visit was not a great one the girl who cut my hair initially booth was really dark and I dont know how she could see to cut my hair. She also did not give me what I wanted. I called a few days later hoping to get it fixed by someone else because I wasn’t happy and they did at no cost. I will be back for the second girl again.

Missy was fantastic as always. I have been coming here for nearly 10 years. They have wonderful staff and can usually get you in your desired time slot when you call well enough in advance. Elise is fantastic too!

Did an amazing job with my daughters hair. The woman was 20 minutes late for our appointment though and then didn’t finish my daughters hair before her next appointment came in. So, she started working on the other woman’s hair in tandem with working on my daughters and it turned into almost 6 hours of being there for a cut and color when I was told it should only take 2-3 hours.

Elise does an amazing job with my mom’s pedicure and pays attention to areas of concern and makes sure we know so we can get the medical care needed. She does beautiful work and cares for her clients.
