She knows that I recently lost my husband doing the best I can on my own. She was very rude and condescending. The man and the young man are wonderful to deal with but she is very rude.

I called them asked if they had pool vacuum in stock they said yes I asked price they told me. So I drove 30 mins out then get there and they said you called earlier for a vacuum I said yes he said first off what kind of pool do you have I said Coleman above groun . He then told me no I would have to special order a vacuum from Coleman because you cant get vacuums for that pool but through them. Meanwhile I did get a vacuum prior to that that was not through coleman but it had got broken. So long story story was a waste of time.
