Here’s my REAL experience:I went on Wednesday, November 10 for the first time. My best friend and I were there as she had a good time there once. There was only one person getting a manicure when we walked in. Right away, the gentleman got started on my best friend. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for the lady and that was fine, I was patient and understood someone else was there first. Once she did get to me, it felt rushed I was started 15 to 20 minutes later, but she was done with me just 5 to 7 minutes after my best friend was done; 1st red flag. The polishing was rushed and not done well, it looked chipped even after being freshly polished; 2nd red flag. I of course brought it up and she just added more white, which made it look lumpy; 3rd red flag. I asked her to take off both of the coats on my big toenailss and redo them. When she did, she didn’t reapply the bottom coat, the white polish looked incomplete with dark shadowy areas, and looked chipped. I pointed that out and she added the top coat thinking it would make it better… At that point, I was over it and just wanted to leave. I left a small tip because she was nice, not because of the job and part of me wishes I wouldn’t have even left that. The white on my slippers was from her “fixing” the polish. The most cordial salon around. These nail craftsmen are so kind, amusing to banter with, and really extraordinary at what they do. It’s extremely obvious that great hearted individuals run this association, for they make associations with clients and continuing onward back is simple. The nail specialists appear to appreciate working there, making it such a wonderful air. I can’t express an adequate number of extraordinary things. They are both exquisite individuals. Everybody works effectively!

I took my daughter in for her 8th birthday on august 10th… we were greeted and welcomed the 1 stars is because I felt like my daughters time was in a way rushed? $25 for a basic pedicure regular polish.. I am a licensed nail technician and I saw many many wrongs.. unsanitary I cringed while they used an old file, tools were used on someone else.. she loved her toes and she said she had an awesome time … but me personally I would’ve left very upset..

Nice and quiet place. I’ve been here twice. Each time I was treated nice. First time for a manicure and black gloss polish which came out great. Second time I had matte black gel done and it has held up well despite not being careful with it at all. This will be my new go to place. Thanks.

I normally don’t write reviews however I truly had the worse experience at this establishment I don’t want anybody else to experience the same.. I wanted simple French tips for both my full set and pedicure right off the bat they denied what I wanted I said ok didn’t fight them on it however the gentleman was very rude rushed my entire set even tho it was only me and my sister there he cut all of my finger nails to the point of bleeding on every finger and cut my nails way too short they look like teeth:/ I never say anything but this time I spoke up and expressed my concern they both started arguing with me didn’t hear me out and immediately shamed me for saying anything at all my nails are lifted and have dried blood on them I’m so embarrassed I have to keep these on I can’t even do a nail soak because they sting so bad please safe yourself time and money I wish I did.

Let’s start by saying I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I have been looking for a good nail salon for a while now and I am so glad I founded!!! As soon as you come in the customer service is exceptional! They are very professional and friendly. I made a last minute appointment with the owner and she made sure I got what wanted from that moment. I’m so happy with my nails and I definitely recommend this place.

I have found my favorite new nail place!!! As soon as I arrived, they checked me in for my appointment and asked me to choose my polish. They have a huge selection of polishes so my indecisive self definitely faced a challenge there. They told me to take my time and grabbed me a glass of champagne and told me to follow them to the other side of the salon whenever I was ready. Finally decided on a neutral pink tone for my nails and maroon for my toes. My nail tech was Tea (did I get that right?) and she did a phenomenal job on my acrylics! I wanted to do a neutral polish with some cute accent nails- nothing too crazy because I do have a corporate job, and I think they turned out amazing. I went with the Sunrise Punch pedicure for $48 and added in a ten minute massage for $10, and it felt amazing as well. Shout out to Pauline for making my runner/pump wearing feet feel baby smooth!

They had me waiting for 45 minutes on the pedicure chair soaking my feet, I had to take my feet out because they got all wrinkly and uncomfortable. When they finally decided to work on me they would leave every 5 minutes to go work on someone else’s nails. So annoying!! She rushed my nails didn’t even clean under the nail or cut off my cuticles.
