I had coloring and cut today. Andrea is a very talented colorist. She has a portfolio on her phone if you do not trust me. I hardly believed it was me! She made me look glamorous, like a movie star. It takes a long time to get “the works.” I had the basic color, highlights and low lights. It was very involved, but boy! Was it worth it! 10 stars to her. Best hair I have ever had (and I am an old broad LOL!)

Andrea not only DID NOT give me the baylayage I asked for(instead brassy blonde foil highlights) she also burnt my face chemical and then verbally attacked and had her friends bully me when I wrote a review. The worst experience I’ve ever had! Unprofessional and terrible customer service! AVOID!!!
