Love Passions Beauty Bar!!! It’s such a all around cute and cozy place! Who wouldn’t wanna go to a place where you can honestly get anything from lash extensions, to teeth whitening, to hair, so many options and the whole team is super friendly and their work is amazing (chefs kiss ) Caressa is absolutely amazing at her work as everything is clean and I believe she’s a perfectionist with her lashes as I promise you won’t be disappointed! 10/10 will definitely be going back!! ❤️

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am all for a woman owned business – but unfortunately had a very bad experience with Caressa when I attempted to get lash extensions and felt very unsafe at the location after a gentleman came in twice and the door then had to be locked. After almost 2 hours to have 1 eye done, it was not what I expected and was shocked at what my lashes looked like. The quality was there, but I looked like a clown and it was not what I asked for. She removed them causing my eyes to burn and tear up – felt like my lashes were burning off. After 2 hours of being there, there was no time to re-do my lashes and I left planning to reschedule. I then received an email she charged me $120 and I left with 0 lashes and pain in my eye. Terrible customer service.In addition, while at the location – a gentleman came in 2 times asking for something. Per Caressa, he was the owners nephew that was probably homeless and may have been on drugs. Keep in mind – my eyes are closed, my purse is sitting there, and she just told me how $60 went missing the other day (the camera’s were not working so she doesn’t know who took the money). She then proceeded to lock the door to keep him from coming back in. I am all for a woman owned business – but unfortunately had a very bad experience with Caressa when I attempted to get lash extensions and felt very unsafe at the location after a gentleman came in twice and the door then had to be locked.
