Critical: ProfessionalismI can’t speak for every stylist in this salon but i can specifically speak on my experience with Shanaya. From my experience she is very unprofessional. I was serviced by her twice. The first time I arrived at my appointment, she was almost an hour late, however, I was happy with how my service turned out, so i decided to try her out again and booked another appointment a month in advance. When it was time for my second service, she was 30 minutes late again. After leaving, i got home and realized my track was loose not even an hour after leaving her chair. I texted her to see if she could fix it and she told me i would have to wait until the next week, which was fine with me, but she never reached out and I had to reach out to her. I’m very frustrated because I paid $230 for my hair and I’m unsatisfied with my service. Once again, I can’t speak for everyone in this salon, but Shanaya is not it.
