I had a horrible experience here. Basically, I am taking them to Small Claims Court for refusing to honor my receipt. Two days before Christmas of 2019, they had just opened. The husband was “in charge” and didn’t know where the wife’s gift certificates were. I bought a couples mani-pedi service for $52.00. He gave me a cashier’s receipt for my Visa and stapled it to a business cards. I asked if this was all that was necessary for the service to be redeemed and he assured me it was. Long story short, my son and his girlfriend broke up and then Covid shut down all beauty services. I walk into the shop requesting a mani-pedi service for myself on the original ticket. The owner said the husband had no business giving this kind of “gift certificate.” That she refused to honor the receipt. That “anyone” could pick up a business card and make a receipt. Question is, why would you go to all that trouble for $52??? I will, however, sue her for the money. I will cause her to lose a day’s salary and as many Insta and Yelp reviews that caution you about poor business practices. I’ve got the proof and I’m sure to win in Small Claims court. Also as everyone knows, gift certificates have no legal expiration date in California.

The gal doing my pedicure was scrolling through Facebook watching animal videos. She actually stopped to play with her phone. I finally had to offer to leave if she was busy to get her to finish my pedicure. French pedicures are not difficult, the lines were all varied sizes & super thin. I had to keep asking her to make them thicker. The polish is old & cheap. Their sample charts are dusty, outdated & are mostly cracked or the design has been broken off. Never returning.

Cuong, did NOT know how to draw a straight line. After asking her to fill in the edges of my french tip (3 times) my nails looked somewhat presentable. She also didn’t remove the nail polish from my skin. I will not be going back.

Omg it was terrible. You get a spa pedicure and sit in the chair but its $10 to turn the chair on. No selection of nail polish. Never again!!!! And as soon as the paint your nails they kick you out the chair and your nails arent even dry. I would give negative stars if i could.
