Unfortunately I did not read the negative comments about this place before recommending it to my wife. She had her nails polished here and the polish began falling off within 24 hours. She returned the next day to complain and the owner who did her nails became quite nasty yelling that it was her fault for not replacing all her nails when he was the one who told her it was not needed right now! He repaired 3 of her nails and they also fell off in 24 hours. In addition she observed he did not wash his hands or clean the implements after using them on the previous customer. Our advice is read these comments and the large number of negative comments from others and DO NOT GO THERE!

I went in on Fri., 10-7-22 and this was the worst pedicure I’ve had in my life. There was a “technician wanted” sign on the door so I assume they were short handed, however, what was supposed to be a RELAXING experience turned into a super rushed STRESSFUL pedicure with a woman who went as fast as possible.She clipped the skin by my big toe too close, making it bleed, and showed no concern. After she painted my toes, I went straight to the drying station. After a while of me not doing ANYTHING but letting them dry, I noticed my big toe polish was bubbling up and pulling away from the edge. When I brought it to her attention she said, “Oh, YOU MESSED UP the polish.” I paid full price and left noticing my other big toe doing the same. I couldn’t take any more and left with it looking wonky.

My daughter had her nails done for prom today. She brought in a picture of how she wanted them done and was told it would be no problem. The finished product looked nothing like what they were shown. She expressed her dissatisfaction and was told that they would not redo the nails. They literally only needed to remove and repaint the polish on the tips. They refused, blaming the way they looked on her mail bed. They refused to check her out, leaving her standing at the register for 10 mins without acknowledgment until she went to walk away and then began yelling at her. They charged her full price for an unacceptable service, were completely rude and unprofessional. She is now having to go to a different salon to have her polish corrected. Avoid this place at all cost!

Had the worst experience ever. First I waited for almost 2 hours with my feet in water before a sweet lady got to do my pedicure, she did a good job with my toe nails, but not on my heels and foot soles, barely got any dead skin off. But that’s was not the worst. When it was my turn to finally get my SnS manicure, the guy that works had the most unprofessional and rude attitude. I told him that I wanted my nails shaped round. He tried with the worst attitude of course, I simply asked to shape them more. Apparently he got offended and told me that he didn’t want to do my nails because “I was expecting too much”…

Nice, courteous and got me into a chair immediately. However, it being “lunch time” I was disappointed that my feet soaked for 57 minutes before I got my technician. I understand it was a busy time but I’ve never had to wait an hour. Once I did get a technician she was quick and courteous.

I made an appointment for prom only expecting to be there for about an hour. I went in at 9:50 and got out at 12:20. My SNS nails are poorly done and I can still see my nails on the side and the layers done. I was told I couldn’t get a French tip with my nails after I gave them a reference picture. He noticed this and would not let me leave till they were all perfect! The lady also worked hard to make my nieces nails perfect as well!
