I’ve tried giving this nail salon so many chances I would go because they would do a decent job but today was the last straw. Today this one lady I believe is the manger or owner I don’t know but I swear she rushed me to pick a color didn’t even give me 2 minutes then when I tried to ask my niece on her opinion about what color I should choose she literally talked over me and told me 5 times in a very rude way to sit you know when someone is having a bad day … but people just look at this job they did I could honestly do this at home this is honestly very sad and will never be returning and if your looking for someone to do your nails DO NOT COME HERE save your money and time because they are very rude . I never like to do these but I think people should know it’s upsetting when you try to go do something nice for yourself and get treated in that manner especially when your paying for the service to get done right… and of course I am not leaving a tip when my nails look like that and especially on how we were being treated the it’s very sad.

So glad I found this little diamond place. Let me say Passion Nails and Spa is a great place to go. They do beyond great work. Highly trained professionals. But, you better call before you go for a appointment because it’s a very popular place here in Flowery Branch. The staff is nice and very welcoming. I will not go anywhere else! And you should do the same! So go see them! Your sure to enjoy the experience!

When I first moved here I went to most if not all of the salons in oak wood and flowery branch looking for my new forever salon. Found a few decent shops and a lot of bad shops. But when i tried out passion nails a few months ago i knew I found the best nail salon in a 20 mile radius. I like my nails to stay on for a few weeks because if I get busy I know they won’t pop off or lift. My sns nails stay on for a good 3-4 weeks, my pedicures have always been done well and with care. Always good conversations and smiles. ❤️❤️
