My name is Shelly and I’m the new owner of Passion Nails. I’ve been doing nails for years and I love my job. Come in and let me or my talented staff give you an enjoyable and satisfying nail salon experience. We are carrying hundreds of gel and regular nail polish. We use high quality products and we sterilize all the tools. At this salon we do SNS powder (aka Dipping powder ) which is an healthier option for you if you’re allergic to acrylic powder. We do any nail designs, you just need to show us a picture of what you want and let us do a magical work.

I started going to this place about a year or so ago. The last few times that I’ve went here they’ve done a poor job. I got acrylics about 2 months ago and the nail tech didn’t apply primer (the liquid that goes on the natural nail before the acrylic powder). The nails popped off a week later. I decided next time I would just get a normal gel manicure. The nail polish chipped and peeled off a week later. Either the staff has gotten very lazy or they no longer use products that guarantee lasting results. Very upsetting.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a FUNGAL INFECTION on my feet from them not properly cleaning their supplies. I should have read more reviews before going because I recently discovered this was not the first time they gave someone an infection. I really loved how my nails turned out so I was very upset to learn that they gave me athletes foot because I was planning on going back. I think it’s also worth mentioning that I am a certified cosmetologist so I know what the standard practices are for properly cleaning the equipment and they didn’t do any of it.

Decent finished product, the tech didn’t do an amazing job…crooked as heck so I had to have him fix multiple nails more than once and then they tried to sneak an extra $8 charge for “fixing the shape” that the tech messed up himself! The woman who did the black tips at the end was sweet and fixed all the leftover junk the original tech had simply walked away from. 2 stars without the woman who came and fixed my nails

I went in for the first time today to give it a shot. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. My appointment started off good, the girl was nice. But the application was so poor. My nails look crooked. She completely rushed the service. I gave a decent size tip out of generosity, but the outcome of my nails definitely were not worth the amount I paid.

Beautiful nail art design but very poor acrylic application. I’ve had acrylic nails for years and have never had nails lift this horribly. Also, very expensive, I was okay with the price until a week had passed and they were all lifting and had jagged edges and my rhinestones fell off. Disappointed. Acrylic nails

I’ve been going here since I was in high school, although there was a change in ownership at this salon the quality is still outstanding. I really enjoy coming here and they always squeeze me in if I need to change my appointment time. They are in my opinion the best in Simi!

first time going, i normally go to inails and inails is amazing, attentive and they actually do what you want with care. This place was the exact opposite. I literally was nervous of course because you wanna trust your nail salon hoping you get what you want. I had a man do my nails because he seemed to be the one open, he was so rough and he made me bleed a few times, he just seemed upset with his own issues and it felt like he didnt care about my nails or comfort. The whole time there i had anxiety and it sucks when you feel that way at a nail salon because once they start you cant exactly leave. Never returning and i dont recommend unless you ask for the owner to do your nails. She thankfully noticed i was bleeding and gave me $10 off and finished painting my nails and the paint turned out nice but because of the man, my nail shape is trash. Please save your money and go somewhere else if the owner is not there to do them.
