My experince, which was yesterday was horrible! I had asked for a mani and pedi both Gel French tip. She (LINA) said pink powder would look much better on my nails so I agreed…My nails look disgusting they’re not the same length I came in with. She used a sander on my nails jagged with the sander even though she noticed my cuticle was bleeding. She kept pouring alcohol on my nails. Until I told her (LINA) to stop it I was in pain! , She clipped my nails shorter and they look awful they look like sausage tips built up acrylic on each one!. Toenails French Gel look ok nothing “wow”. It’s apperant she was rushing and looking towards clients that where waiting. I wouldn’t have minded the amount charged ($98.00) if I was satisfied…but. I AM NOT of course I declined to give her a fee! Learned my lesson Never Again

Sad, this is the worst manicure I’ve ever got. Looks like I did them myself pointless. I’m posting pictures because I want to be fair. She did not seem to care didn’t even bother talking to me. There was no massage or cuticle oil, just a file and paint. I have a broken nail. I hoped she could fortify it because it’s broken low. She didn’t have a clue and put glue on it. This is what I do, so I already know it won’t last. I came to a professional for help with that. (I was ready to pay good money) I also wanted a gel French she did regular nail polish, and I was so over it. I just paid and left. I’ll just go somewhere else. Treated my daughter to a full set as a treat. Her’s look like press ons. They didn’t even cover her full nail bed. Excuse was “you said coffin nails” first I said ballerina tip so they weren’t pointy not coffin and second even if I said coffin you don’t start at the cuticles and file that far in..they didn’t cover the nail bed is my point..but no one cares about quality anymore just argue with the customer. First time I didn’t tip. I’m just disappointed. (Ignore the blemish on my one thumb. I did that. Tried to talk to the manager about service she wanted to argue, so I just left before they were dry)

Lots of spa chairs. Not a big fan of the regular polish. It didn’t have a nice gloss to it. My massage chair didn’t seem to work that well and the lady forgot to turn on the jets so I basically soaked my feet while my husband had his done.

This shop is the worst. I called yesterday to make an appointment for acrylic removal. I was told by the owner’s wife that they don’t accept appointments or services under $30 and that this service is $10. I said ok. Fast forward to today, i arrive and the owners wife initially said they couldn’t take me but then found someone to do it. I sit down and she tells the nail tech $15. I speak up and told her per our conversation its $10. She told me i was wrong and its always $15. I still had the service done but will never return. This show ALWAYS upcharges. They’re greedy liars.

Terrible service. The owner is unorganized and always overbooks people. Everytime I make an appointment with a certain tech and get there she tells me that she has booked someone else for the same time and I have to wait. The service is horrible! I would NOT recommend going here .
