Critical: Cleanliness, ValueOver Charged: Polish Toenails! I tried Passion Nails for the first time. Based on their reviews, I thought it would be a great place. All I requested was regular nail polish on my toes. She said: pedicure, I said nope, paint only! In the past, I’ve paid 8$ at other places. She got a used file out to use on me-was NOT in plastic!!! (Again, I only requested paint) She brought me the bill and it was 15$-Wow-just to put polish on. (No polish removal to do either) I gave her the $15 and a tip and went to my car. I smudged my big toe and debated on going back to have it fixed. Went back in and the lady tried polish remover on HALF my toe and realized that wouldn’t work. She was aggravated and told me: Be Careful! As if I’m a child! I sat at the dryer and looked up, there was the price list stating toes: 10$. NOT 15$! I spoke to manager, she said prices went up!!! Fingers are 10$ but toes are 15$ I was changing nail salons due to this exact reason-they charge what they want!! I normally do sns and pedicure. Over Charged: Polish Toenails! I tried Passion Nails for the first time. Based on their reviews, I thought it would be a great place. All I requested was regular nail polish on my toes. I told myself if I went in and it didn’t look like they took safety seriously, then I would leave. I was very pleased that everyone wore a mask, employees and customers. They took my temperature and spaced out the pedicure stations so that you were not right next to another customer. The manicure stations were closer together, but they had plexiglass between the employees and customers. The pedicure itself was wonderful, the technician really took her times and gave the most wonderful foot massage. First time customer, and I will certainly be back. I haven’t gone for a pedicure since March and pandemic began. I told myself if I went in and it didn’t look like they took safety seriously, then I would leave. I was very pleased that everyone wore a mask, employees and customers. They took my temperature and spaced out the pedicure stations so that you were not right next to another customer. The manicure stations were closer together, but they had plexiglass between the employees and customers. The pedicure itself was wonderful, the technician really took her times and gave the most wonderful foot massage. In all, I was very pleased, and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I had been with Pearl Nails in Jacksonville Beach Fl and never trusted anyone else to touch mine.T nails always need a bit of extra work even with bi weekly visits due to owning a cleaning company and the labour of the hands that it entails. I walked a hour before closing, I was greeted in a professional manner, I was seated and attended to quickly. My tech (I do not know her name) was amazing. She took so much care and time touching every spot without me saying a word. That it’s self was a comfort. Her attention to detail was out of this world, she took the time to go back and fix any flaws of my cuticles during every stage even on my toes. I had been with Pearl Nails in Jacksonville Beach Fl and never trusted anyone else to touch mine.T nails always need a bit of extra work even with bi weekly visits due to owning a cleaning company and the labour of the hands that it entails.
