I don’t generally get my nails done, I usually get them done just for special occasions. That being said however, I have been getting my nails done for 30 years now. I have only been here once about 3 months ago. I have read many many bad reviews for this establishment from years back so I can’t speak on behalf of what happened prior to me going there. I would like to recommend TOMMY to everyone! He’s an older gentleman and has been doing nails for quite some time. He is so AMAZING. He is very detail oriented, he does what YOU want not what he wants. I never felt rushed. I generally get the gel manicure. I have actually followed him from 2 other salons over the 7-8 years I have done nails with him. You won’t be disappointed. Unfortunately he doesn’t do pedicures.

Very poor Coustmer Service, I will never go back. The women that were doing me and my friends nails were horrible. Not to mention the fact the the woman doing my nails. Did a horrible job…… I was bleeding and My nail was infected I had to go to another nail salon to get the nails removed. To add to the fact that the woman who did my nails did my nails so fast that they were done correctly. When I first walked in I was told It was going to be 55 dollar I wanted matte color they told and extra 5 dollar when I went to check out paid 65 without itp when I asked extra unexplained money I wasn’t given an answer

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI didn’t have issues with this nail salon until NOW!!. I went in Thursday (7/2/20) to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The color on my gel manicure literally peeled off yesterday (7/3/20). I called today and spoke to the manager and when I say she was RUDE and NASTY…..she was!!! She was very unprofessional and not accommodating at. She basically said if I did not come by 12pm today…then they would not fix it. 12pm today did not work with my schedule since I had an important meeting to attend and I tried to work with her for another time today, but she basically said…. ” I can’t make adjustments around your meeting schedule”.What upsets me the most is the the poor quality of the work done and the fact that it did not last me 2 days….and the manager is not accommodating or professional about fixing it….when the issue was due to her team’s poor quality of work!!!!!!! And on top of that, I even tipped technician good because I thought he did a good job…I DON’T RECOMMEND this salon at all!!! Very poor service for the money paid and very unprofessional management!!! I didn’t have issues with this nail salon until NOW!!. I went in Thursday (7/2/20) to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The color on my gel manicure literally peeled off yesterday (7/3/20). I called today and spoke to the manager and when I say she was RUDE and NASTY…..she was!!! She was very unprofessional and not accommodating at. Bad customer service, overpriced, and bad manicure altogether. I’ll start off by saying I’ve given this place several chances, and I’m always disappointed. The prices don’t match the quality of the service. They don’t listen to the customer and just want to rush you in and out. The atmosphere is nice but that’s the only good thing about this place.

I have REALLY tried to like this place. I live 30 seconds away so it is very convenient. It looks good. It’s got complimentary wine. Tons of colors. But the service and skill is what lacks. I agree with other reviewers, Black clients are often treated differently then White clients. The owner is super rude it’s almost unbelievable the way she behaves. And all of that would be fine save for the fact that when it comes down to skill and the products they use the actual manicure and pedicure is inferior. My nails break once a week. Every nail is a different shape and length. EVERY SINGLE NAIL. They lift 3 weeks after a brand new set. The list goes on and on. There is no pride in the work unless you are “regular”.

Pedicurist Kathy does a horrible job. I thought she will do a great job considering she was being tipped by two customers. But she skipped so many steps and she didnt even scrub my heel properly. When I asked her to do little more until heel is little more softer, she said come back after 4 weeks. I always go to a different spa and they do an amazing job.
