Passion Nail Salon

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not go to this salon. I went in requesting the most basic service, having my dipped nails removed. I walked into the salon to 3 of the workers just sitting in the chairs on their phones and one was giving herself a pedicure. I was told to have a seat and wait. I waited for 10 minutes for the lady to finish her pedicure on herself and then she came over to me, without washing her hands and no mask on. She then began to pry my nails off, literally ripping them apart. I requested that she stopped and just soaked them because it hurt so bad. She was so rude and abruptly got up to get acetone and a bowl. I sat with my nails soaking for another 20 minutes while she began to do someone else’s nails. She came back to me and tried to continue ripping my nails off with cuticle trimmers. At that point I asked for someone else there to finish my nails. The next lady began to use an electric file and asked how short I wanted them to be cut. I told her that I wanted my nails to be preserved as much as possible, like I had told the first lady. She told me that they needed to be cut short. After looking at my nails at point and realizing how bad they had been damaged, I walked out. Don’t waste your time here, they are unprofessional and absolutely lacking in customer service skills. I was having trouble matching a polish to a dress and the woman made the suggestion of layering the glitter over the base at the bottom. It came out gorgeous! Also the deluxe pedicure is a 10/10 and smells amazing.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: QualityNot satisfied or impressed by this salon. I came home and took a shower and got out of the shower with my nail color already chipping off. Also lots of uneven spots and bubbles. I will be having a friend fix them.Service: Acrylic nails
