I felt like I was unwelcome and she didn’t really want to be there. I had to ask for my hair to be washed, then I got as charged for that. I’ve never been charged separately for a hair wash. My braids were not done well at the points where additional hair was added. The connection is loose on multiple braids. When I noticed one, the braider just snipped the loop and left it. Called to see if they could accommodate me because I don’t use heat in my hair. They immediately said no without talking to any other stylist. I even told them how to do it lol … I called another place moments later & they said of course ma’m ! You never know who you’re talking to & they could of got an amazing tip. Before saying no I suggest at least trying to make something shake ♀️

I’ve been a customer with Esther and team for over 5yrs and I am never disappointed!! The customer service is excellent. The knowledge and care taken on not only my hair but my 10yr old daughter’s hair is above par. I’ve moved from the area and still drive 2.5hrs to see this team. At the end of my service I asked how much and was told $60. This did not include any styling to my hair at all. The shampoo itself was mediocre and hardly worth the price paid. My husband knew I was looking for a hair stylist so he suggested Passions since it was next door to the barbershop that cuts his hair and he was very satisfied with the service. Since my hair was natural and I wanted to take a break from the weave I spoke with Esther to see if she pressed hair. I started going to Esther in January and she presses my hair so straight it looks like my hair is relaxed. She also does my color and my hair is healthy and has grown so much in length in the last 5 months. Esther is a very nice and fair person who strives to make sure her customers are satisfied. I go to Ester every two weeks and I am a very satisfied customer.

I’m very pleased and happy with my service. I have been going to Ms. Esther for 7 years and I have been very happy EVERY time. Going to any salon you might have to wait, I just take a magazine and make sure my phone is fully charged. I know how hard it it finding a salon, but I went out on a limb and have been very pleased. I would suggest you give them a chance. Ms. Esther is an artist and I allow her to be creative with my hair. When I first went in 2008, my hair was below my ear lobes and now it’s down the middle of my back. Thank you Ms. Esther!!!! As long as you are in business, I’ll continue coming!!!!!!!!!!
