Passion Beauty has terrible customer services! I bought YS Park combs from them and they are terrible quality.. not the same quality as my other YS Park combs..they felt fake! When I contacted customer service, thinking I could send them back and be refunded, that was not the case. They wanted me to ship them all the way to Tokyo, which would cost $40, just for them to check if they were fake..but no refund because they were used. This is a total scam.
