Just be aware and try to ask for a good technician there. This fill in got bad because he never remove the acrylic that was with damage and he just covered and put new on top..

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI usually have decent visits to this salon and go to the same person for my nails but for some reason today was off. Way off. I felt rushed the entire time!! She didn’t take her time on my nails much at all today. She was distracted. Very distracted. Down to constantly answering her phone/FaceTime. I didn’t know she took appointments so once one her appointments walked in, she rushed me out of the chair over to the pedi station where she finished rushing my polish and stones. No oil, no cleanup or even care to ask if I was satisfied with my nails. Crazy part is I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with this establishment! I ALWAYS TIP very well and this was my treatment today. If you’re looking for a place that provides quality service and good customer service then DO NOT GO TO PASSIO NAILS! I received SNS service and was cut twice by the nail file. He wasn’t even going to put anything on my bleeding fingers until I asked. He did my nails way too thin and within a week they started chipping at the tips. By the time I could get back to the shop they offered me a $5 discount to redo them. I was a regular customer and never complain. I even tipped the man. Since loyalty means nothing to them I’ll be looking for a new salon. Convenience isn’t everything.

My 14 year old daughter got her nails done here. They took advantage of her age and didn’t do what was asked of them. She asked for he’ll polish and a full set. They charged her 60 dollars. And instead of gel polish they used sns. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back here. Acrylic nails
