Shureen was my hairdresser she did a great job, then one appt I missed due to emergency hospital stay. When I called her to reschedule she said ” I will keep you as a client but you have to come today and pay me $100.00 for missing your appt, my time is valuable.

I went here once because I really liked my friend’s hair and I knew she was picky. However, after going did I find out that she only has Shereen highlight her hair, never has had her cut it. I messaged Shereen before my appointment to confirm that she was comfortable with cutting an angled bob style. She said that she was. I made the appointment to have my hair cut into an angled bob and to have highlights done. I even brought a picture.
