I go to Partners in Design Spa and see Wanda for massages. She is absolutely amazing and a master of her craft. You wouldn’t know it from the outside, but once you walk in, the spa has that high-end vibe, and the rooms are clean, tranquil and relaxing. They have taken the appropriate measures to ensure safety during Covid so that their clients and staff can have peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Critical: ValueOur bridal party had come in to get our hair and makeup done, and the service was great for getting the room set up well, having the sauna available and turning on the fireplace. The hair stylists did a nice job with all of our hair, but we had a TERRIBLE make up artist who made 2 of the party look like clowns. When we told her we were unhappy with the makeup, she got really upset and made the makeup look worse. When we went to pay, the prices did not align AT ALL with what we were quoted for the price and when mentioning this, they did not care and still overcharged us for makeup we had to take completely off and redo ourselves. Called to book an appointment and thought it went well. I had a zoom video meeting and wanted my hair colored at least 3 days in advance so the staining of the scalp would be gone. She knew this when I booked my appointment and made it for the Saturday before. I sent an email with photos of what I wanted and thought all is good. I get there on Saturday and they are closed. I called the shop and emailed her personal account to find out what was up. I got a response on Tuesday claiming that my appointment was for the upcoming Saturday the day after my zoom meeting. I figured if you can not handle a simple task like scheduling you can’t handle a triple color on someones head.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueI started getting a tattoo removed at this salon. I was told about 4-6 sessions. 15 sessions later, it was still very much there. The machine would malfunction during many of the visits. My last scheduled appt, I was called to be told the machine was broken and they would call me once it was back working. I never received a call back. I contacted the salon as I prepaid for sessions, got 1 call back that they would reach out to someone to refund me my money. I have not heard back since. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times, no response. I have since went elsewhere and they removed more in 3 treatments than this salon did in 15. Extremely pleasant environment and staff. The atmosphere was relaxing, everyone was friendly and kind, and the highlights and facial I had done were fantastic! I will definitely be scheduling more appointments in the future!
