I had an appointment on 12/9 from 3:30-5:30. I walked in early, but had to wait because my nail tech had someone else in the chair. My feet soaked for 2 minutes and she started working on them. I reminded her about my brow waxing. She moved on to my nails but never cut around my cuticles on either hands or feet. She was in a rush to leave with her son and forgot about doing my eyebrows. She asked another tech to check me out. When reminded, she hesitated. She waxed my brows and they still didn’t look like what I asked for. I wanted them to be cleaned up and shaped. I ended up going home and waxing them myself. My nails started to chip within minutes of them being done. Worst service ever and I would not recommend.

Absolutely love my nails, the black french manicure with heart details (my first set) and red and black ambre nails were done by Parris, and the fall enlayed leaves and foil were done by Ms.V, I have continued to get my nails done here since my first visit and I’m always impressed with the end results !!! Great vibes, lovely people and the service is top notch!!! Definitely recommend if you haven’t already been, you won’t regret it!
