I always go to Parma Premier Barber Lounge to get my hair and beard styled. Dale is one of the best barbers out there. I’ve NEVER had a bad haircut from him. He is also the owner and is very kind and caring. He always makes sure to take care of his clients. I have been to many barbers out in the cleveland, parma area and I can tell you for a fact that no one can do the amazing work that Dale does. Thanks Dale for always looking out for me. You have an incredible talent and I appreciate everything.

First time in this barber shop and five star service from beginning to end. Hard to see or get good service in general at a barbershop that you try for the first time. The owner Dale greeted when I walked in , I sat right down 5 minutes early for my appointment and had great conversation, family friendly environment and premier service. Definitely won a customer out of me , and I will be relaying there service to others to stop in. Great shop, right after the border of Parma. Thanks again!

Horrible experience. The big guy Nate in the back cut my hair. He was very loud and screaming and cursing to his colleges right next to him earraping me. There were like 3 8 year olds there too they obviously don’t care. He didn’t really do a good job at all. I asked nicely if he can cut a little higher and shorter after he did a horrible job doing a simple haircut. A good barber would say of course and fix it. He was talking about how then he’d have to charge me extra. I just said if he can cut it a little shorter. He started doing it super fast doing an even worse job. while doing so he was exhaling obnoxiously like he could barely breathe trying to show me that he was mad . Then he stuck his hand out while looking at his phone waiting for me to put a card in his hand to pay ♂️ As I was walking out the door he started saying something to someone by him about me. Stay away from this place if your looking for a good barber.

I scheduled an appointment at 4:30PM on Saturday – half an hour before closing. I came in exactly at 4:30PM and saw the only barber in there had just started cutting someone else’s hair. There were also two other guys sitting and waiting for their turn. I waited for 10 minutes and left, never to return to this place again. How can you not honor your appointments?
