Well for starters, when a hair stylist completely BURNS OFF hair off a clients head- and doesn’t REFUND the client because they told her the “possible damage” ….you didn’t explain it could “Possibly completely” fry her entire head of hair off…….so that’s super messed up- and if you did then your employees probably should go back to beauty school because the first thing you do in that situation like that is tell the client “unfortunately your hair is too brittle or in a stage where i don’t feel comfortable highlighting it”
