I had my hair done by the owner, Marie, and even went in for a consultation to make sure she felt confident in doing what I wanted. I had a dark dark brown up top and fashion color pink/purple on the bottom. I had this look for over a year and decided to switch to a stylist closer to home. I was very nervous in switching but felt like Marie was so confident in touching up what I already had that it shouldn’t be a problem.I had an appointment scheduled for February 28th which was planned around a very important trip that I was going on just a few days later. She called to cancel night before and said she would squeeze me in on March 2nd, just two days before I needed to leave.I went in on March 2nd and she was so frantic and felt like she was trying to skip processes of doing my hair. I left the salon in tears with red, orange, purple, pink, brown, black hair. I had random streaks of different colors and it was absolutely horrifying! I had to rush to another salon to get it done as I was in a huge time crunch. I ended up paying a total of $550 by the end of the day. I paid Marie $270 for literally a nightmare of a job, and only asked for half back since I left there completely unhappy. She told me she would not refund me but instead offer a free service. Being the owner, she can absolutely give me a refund but is choosing not to knowing damn well I clearly have no interest in any other services after the horrible experience I just had.Absolutely the worst experience in my life!
