Many people recommend this salon so I decided to give it a shot..I called on a Friday and made an appointment for the following day with Heather at 4:00 pm. I arrived at the salon a little before 3:50 pm and it was completely closed. Finally around 4:00 pm a sweet makeup artist arrives, lets me in, and tries to contact Heather with no luck. I’m sitting there for another 10ish minutes and decided to stop wasting my time and find a salon who is responsible, cares about their clients, and who has the time for me. It’s not only the time wasted there, it’s the time and gas wasted to get there not knowing Heather was never going to show up. Extremely disappointing experience. Hopefully clients start becoming more of a priority for Heather and this salon.

I have been a client of Parlour 3 for almost 2 years now and it was the best choice I’ve ever made! For starters, the owner Tiffany is absolutely wonderful and same goes for her staff. All of the girls at P3 doing outstanding work and makes sure their clients are 100% satisfied. I have had numerous services done in this salon from cuts, colors, highlight, balayage, micro blading, lash extensions and make up. Each and every service was a 10/10. I would recommend this salon a thousand times over to anyone who may need a new place to go. You won’t regret it!

I absolutely love P3. I have been a guest of this salon since it opened and I will never go to another salon as long as I’m getting my hair done. Tiffany is an absolute artist when it comes to hair. I am always giving her a challenge and she is always going above and beyond to make it happen. The whole staff is very welcoming and friendly. It’s so much fun to come get a few hours away and get pampered at one of the greatest salons I have ever visited.

I set up an appointment for a formal updo for an event over a month in advanced. I received text messages and confirmations leading up to the event date confirming my appointment. The night before my event, they call me and say they can no longer do my hair as they prefer to do a wedding. This leads me to believe they care more about making the extra money from this wedding than they do about the rest of their clients? Disheartening.
