I’ve been going here for 7 or 8 years and have LOVED all of my haircuts and styles. BUT, I just found out today that my hairdresser is leaving the salon (and the profession altogether) when I called the salon to reschedule an appointment. No one bothered to call and tell me.

Just visited the Parlor Salon and I am very happy with the service I received from Jody. My hair looks great and I was even able to have my brows and upper lip waxed. Jody was friendly, upbeat, and matched my color perfectly. I definitely will be returning to the Salon and having Jody as my stylist.

I am still trying to recover from the disaster that occurred at this place. Do yourself a HUGE favor, if you need more than even a simple haircut (even that was too much of a task, my hair was down my back wanted a trim, well my hair is GONE, up to my shoulders.. she thought it was funny). This was Fall of last year and I still can’t get my color corrected. I won’t out this poor girl. I don’t know whether to feel sorry or what…. It took me this long to write this because I did feel badly and I am a pushover but think of this awful place and experience everytime i look in the mirror… oh well.. I said to myself.. it grows… but, it’s tough to avoid a mirror when i comes down to it, right?!
