The stylist was nice but I didn’t get what requested. My hair fell very quickly and none of the curls held for more than an hour. When I look at photos from that night I’m disappointed I spent so much to get a blowout.

I’m from out of town and in town for a wedding. I booked a blow out with this salon. I’m also pregnant and am sick. I tried to call to speak with someone in person and all I ever got were rude responses via text. I understand that they will charge you if you don’t cancel with 48 hours, but I was trying to find somebody in the wedding party to take my appt. They would not call me and demanded to know if I would show up. I just wanted to speak to someone to tell them I was working on finding a replacement since they were charging me. I was treated with zero respect. It’s sad that when you call a business you can longer just talk to someone. I would not recommend using this business as they are unwilling to treat you like a person.

Brides. I cannot suggest this place enough. I basically spent my entire week leading up to my wedding at Parlor Beauty Bar. They did everything from lashes, brow tinting, a blowout before my rehearsal dinner, and helped me touch up my makeup before my events. On my big day, my bridesmaids and I took over their salon as we prepped for my wedding. Not only was the staff wildly talented but the atmosphere and accommodations made my day completely stress free. The salon is decorated perfectly for a bridal photo shoot. Charlotte allowed my photographer and videographer to be present while we were getting ready and the photos turned out amazing. My ceremony was outside on a warm day in July and our hair and makeup held up to the heat! At the end of the evening my entire bridal party jumped in the pool and then proceeded to go out downtown with no touch ups and the makeup didn’t budge. Charlotte was one of the best vendors I dealt with for my wedding day. She ensured that our time was stress free, fun, and that we felt like VIP every step of the way. I was SO impressed with the ladies at the Parlor! They had great recommendations for how to do my hair for my event. The salon was super clean, adorably decorated with opportunities to shop other local companies. They do way more than your standard blow dry bar. I would highly recommend them!!

I have been searching and searching for a place to get my lashes and tans done, this is it! I had a spray tan with Charlotte and from the moment she greeted me to the very end she was sweet and took care of me completely. Thank you so much! Cute decor and plenty of parking options. Also a great location to stop and walk around, its near great Austin staple restaurants and shops on East 6th. Thank you for your services !
