if i could give them 0 stars i honestly would. i can start off by saying the price for the nails isn’t terrible. but the lady who did my acrylic was so rough and cut me with the drill MULTIPLE times. when she was doing the acrylic i could tell she didn’t really want to do it and she just wanted to get it done and over with. she let acrylic dry under my nail and let it stick to my skin. she ended up giving me duck shaped nails which isn’t what i wanted. then she handed me off to a guy to paint my nails and he didn’t do a terrible job. but when he was trying to file my nails he was very rough and as well. during all of this they were all yelling to each other in another language too and it was loud. as a bilingual speaker i don’t mind if you speak another language but you don’t need to yell across the room to speak to them. i hated the nails but i gave the guy a $10 because the designs weren’t bad.

Don’t even waist your time making an appointment because they’ll make you wait!!! I was here Friday for my 6:00PM appointment, I waited over 25min and asked the guy how much longer it will take and he just said “a little bit” I asked him to reschedule my appointment for Saturday at 12:00PM I showed up for my appointment and they had me waiting for 50 minutes!!!! Yesterday after work I decided to go get my nails done (I made an appt for 6pm) got there early ok no problem. I was there and a girl no more than 16 had gotten her nails done and she didn’t like the way they were done. Her mom came in and was complaining because at the end of the day she paid money for them. Parlin nails closes at 7pm by the way. So I get into the chair by 610 ok cool I showed the girl the picture of the nails I wanted and I asked her what color www similar . She picked the color and I wanted a black French tip. However like I said they closed at 7 I finished at 715 and by the time I seen the finished product I hated it but didn’t want to be rude and I knew they were closed. I literally starred at my nails all night to try to convince myself I liked something I hated and paid $68 for and a $5 tip! I’m paying for the service so I should be getting what I want and like. I called Eric the owner this morning and he told That it’s my fault and he would be charging me to fix my nails. I explained to him I come there all the time and bring family and friends and I don’t think it’s fair how he’s handling the situation, so I will dispute my charge of the service and let my friends and family to no longer go there. I asked him if he would fix my nails and he said no and hung up. Terrible terrible service and my nails are horrible ! Looks like dollar stores foundation was painted on my nails !

Usually good. However the last few months have been slacking. It’s basically a money pit. I went 2 Months ago and whatever gel polish they used lifted instantly and chipped entirely off within 1 day. I didn’t bother getting it fixed but I went to get a fill earlier than usual because of that annoyance. The other day the same issue happens with the gel polish chipping entirely off. I have events this week and couldn’t have my nails that unsightly so I went to get it fixed 3 days later. I was expecting them to do me this service as I am a frequent customer though they made me pay full price, 20 dollars. Just to fix their mistake ! At other salons they will fix nails for free and then just expect tip. Seeing they would only offer 2 dollars off, I would have preferred to spend my hard earned cash at a place that would at least do a decent job of the redo. I’m done paying for sub par nails and mediocre at best service. So sick of it. Spend your money elsewhere I’m telling you!! It’s not worth it here. No disrespect to the owners or employees I’m just trying to give a heads up to what type of quality nails they will be getting should they come here.

I am NOT impressed with this salon. I had an appointment for 5:30 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They didn’t take me until 5:45 (which was okay because I could see that they were busy). The technician that did my manicure rushed through the entire thing and constantly pulled my arms closer to him. He was completely distracted with other guests and correcting his employees in front of everyone. I noticed when he used the alcohol for my nails that he funneled it into another bottle under the sink as if he was saving it for other clients. Whenever he used a bowl to soak my nails, he just washed it with cold water and stuck it back in the drawer. When it was time for my pedicure, the other gentleman was polite and gentle. However, he did my pedicure in TEN minutes. I was out of the door with my toes dried by 6:30. I understand right now times are tough and a lot of places are understaffed; however, I was really looking forward to a relaxing manicure and pedicure and they certainly did not provide that for me. Extremely disappointed and will NOT be going back.

Very unfortunate that they skip sterilizing instruments. I wound up with an infection after a pedicure. They stick their dirty instruments back into an open sterile pouch just to be used again on the next person. Files and drill bits are never new.

Had a pedicure and although my nails look nice I’ve had much better pedicures. The water was way too hot and twice I had to tell him so. He seemed rushed I was done in less then 30 minutes. The bottom and sides of my feet are rough. Really doubt I’ll be using them again.

* 0 STARS * IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!! This nail spa “Parlin Nails” is the most unprofessional and rude salon I have ever attended. I have been a customer for a few years and they literally treated me as I was a no one. I went last night at 6pm (when they close at 7) to get my nails done and gave an inspo picture. I was rushed and didnt have time to truly examine my nails, after staring at the ALL NIGHT i realized I HATE how my nails look. I called them in the morning at 9 am to see if I can go to get a polish change and i was told I need to pay for it when i just paid $68 dollars + a $5 tip for HORENDOUS nails. It wasnt like i called a week later, literally the next morning and they refuse to be courteous and help me and make my nail payment worth it. I continued to try and explain I need a polish change, not even asking for a refund!!! and Eric the Owner of this poorly ran salon said ” I’m too busy to deal with your problem” No one should waste their time and money for people who dont want to provide quality nails and service! NEVER WILL I COME HERE OR RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
