Parks is a literal brow angel. I moved to Portland a couple of years ago and have yet to find a solid brow tint/wax. I arrived at this appointment with minor anxiety and hoping for the best brows possible. Parks listened and offered suggestions, even taking off the bare minimum (I prefer fuller/natural looking brows..), asking my opinion before taking off more. I left with natural full looking brows. Highly recommended!
