Shout out to Amanda!!!!! She did such an incredible job on my nails today. When I first walked in the salon, they looked sooo outgrown and terrible. Amanda did magic on my nails today. I have been coming to this salon the last year or so and I recently moved 3 months ago and the salon is now a 45 minute drive for me but I’m willing to make the trip because they always get my nails right!! There was a man who did my nails who was extremely rude and provided me with the worst service possible. My birthday is tomorrow so I decided to have a spa day and I repeatedly told him to be more gentle and he continued to used the drill and cut my cuticles till they bled. I asked for jewels and the glue was completely stuck over my nails and very bulky. When I left I did not give the man a tip and he threw the receipt pad on the desk and made a nasty face at me and told me to leave. I told the manager and she was barely understanding and just fixed my nails which is the bare minimum. Here are the nails they thought they were gonna let me leave the salon with.

We have visited Park West Nail Spa several times for manicures and have always been pleased with the service. There’s a wide variety of pedicures to choose from and we’re always provided with a refreshing drink to start. My mom and I love coming together to have some relaxing time together. It is beautiful, spacious and peaceful. they pamper us and work wonders on our feet. We will keep coming back whenever we get the chance. Awesome nail salon. I’ve been going here for 2+ years and recently they had a change of ownership. The whole salon has been renovated and is gorgeous. The staff are the same and they’re all excellent! I never ask for someone specific because I’ve always had a great experience. They get busy so if you don’t want any wait time, definitely make an appointment. The pedicures with the hot stone massage are my favorite but they do a great job with SNS nails as well. Very friendly, consistently great and fair pricing! If you have any doubts just ask for the manager, Kristy. She’ll make sure you leave happy!

I dont leave reviews, but today i wanted to. I have been going to this salon for over a year now and have mostly left happy. Last week i got dip nails done which is my usual go to and within a week it started to peal off or crack which was very unusual. Usually i am not someone to share the negative feedback directly with the person but since its pricey, i took the shot, very well expecting to be told it was my fault. I was immediately attended to by the new owner (Kristy) and without any pushbacks, she instantly seated me to redo my nails on the house. More importantly she did this with such a positive ‘wanting to help fix’ attitude. Sometimes all it takes is kindness and it was all that by Kristi, so thank you!
